As our Sales Manager, you'll get to lead a team of sales reps, develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with key customers and partners, and help close deals. You'll also have the opportunity to help your team grow and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manages the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all Sales Team
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to support the professional growth of Sales Team members
  • Developand implement sales tools and programs that will help increase Sales Team's productivity and performance
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to Senior Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive activity to develop effective sales plans
  • Assist in closing deals and reviewing active pipeline
  • Oversee sales training and development programs
  • Ensure all Sales Team is providing the client with an industry leading customer service experience from initial contact and beyond

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • HIS License
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Ability to motivate and manage sales agents and other staff
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the project and effectively multitasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong understanding of financing programs and loan options
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and solar design tools

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
